With Calling Card Pro you can pass out your business card electronically. Additionally, you can attach a complete company profile or product listing. Calling Card Pro displays a custom designed business card in a floating window. An additional window contains scrolling text of up to 32,000 characters.
Design your business card any way you want. Use your favorite graphics or paint program. Make it fancy or make it slick. Your the designer. It becomes electronic with a simple copy and paste.
Write a paragraph or a brochure, you decide. Use your word processor to style it up. Use different fonts and different styles. Again it’s just a copy and paste away.
After your Calling Card is just the way you like it… lock it down so it can’t be changed. Distribute an unlimited number of copies to all your customers or clients, royalty free!

How to use the Main Picture Window
Upon opening, your clients view the Main Picture Window. It effectively displays your business card as designed by you. Your calling card may contain color, but please note that it may not appear well on black and white monitors.
To Replace The Current Picture
1. Copy a picture from your favorite paint program, scrapbook or any other source for pictures.
2. Open Calling Card Pro. This brings the Picture Window up front.
3. Paste. The picture you had just copied now replaces the old one.
Subtle Features
• A five pixel, white border automatically surrounds your picture.
• The window always has room for the More Information… button, no matter how small the picture.
• You can drag the window to a new location. This location is saved when you quit. But be careful, some might not have the same size monitor as you. Putting the window to far to the right or down may hide it on some peoples monitors.
• Closing the Main Window quits the program. A habit descended from desk accessories.
• You may copy the picture from the Main Window. Just in case you need to edit it again.

How to use the More Information Window
Lengthy text about your business is displayed in the More Information Window. To access this window, click on the More Information… button from the Main Picture Window. The text may contain varied fonts and styles, but please note that all machines don’t have all fonts. Some fonts are standard: Geneva 9, 10, and 12; Chicago 12; and Monaco 10 are on all Macintoshes. Any mixture of styles will be supported on all Macintoshes.
To Replace The Current Text
1. Copy the text from your favorite word processor, scrapbook or any other source for text.
2. Open Calling Card Pro. Click on the More Information… button.
3. Paste. The text you had just copied now replaces the old one.
Subtle Features
• Text automatically word wraps.
• You can drag the window to a new location.
• You can resize the window.
Note: The location and size is saved. But be careful, some might not have the same size monitor as you. Putting the window to far to the right or down; or sizing it to large may hide it on some peoples monitors.
• You may copy the text from the More Information Window. Just in case you need to edit it again.

How to Lock Down Calling Card Pro
To distribute Calling Card Pro to your clients or potential clients, you first need to lock it down. This means that you (or they) will no longer be able to paste information in either the Main Picture Window or the More Information Window. As a strong precaution, always keep an original copy of Calling Card Pro in a safe place. Either in a different folder or on a different disk.
To Lock Down Calling Card Pro
1. Duplicate your existing copy of Calling Card Pro.
2. Open the Calling Card you wish to distribute.
3. Select Lock Down… from the Edit menu.
